Inventory and Conditions:

Select an asset using the Select tool. If the asset is editable (i.e. it has been added to the asset database; SHP files are not editable until they are imported), the Inventory and Condition tabs are enabled.

The Inventory tab brings up the form for that asset type. Inventory typically defines the physical, location and identifying characteristics of an asset, such as type of culvert pipe, road surface material, and sign sheeting material.

The Conditions tab brings up the condition rating form for the asset type. Ratings such as the size and amount of road cracks, sign sheeting, or amount of sediment in a catchbasin are recorded here.

Remember to save any changes using the Save Conditions or Save Inventory buttons on the bottom of the form.
